Bedazzled Nikes

There is something I have been wanting to try as a DIY project FOREVER! Ever since I saw I saw bedazzled Nike shoes on Pinterest I have been OBSESSED! I had the perfect opportunity to try it out. I found some baby Nike shoes for sale for $10 so I had to get them. I went to Hobby Lobby and picked up the things to bedazzle them. The glue usually used for bedazzling things is called E6000. It's super cheap for $4 you get a 2 oz tube. I also picked out the smallest little rhinestones, 3mm. I just picked the smallest ones because the shoes are so tiny! After looking at the tutorials on Pinterest I picked up pretty quickly. I started at each end of the Nike swoosh and then they met in the middle. You have to put the glue on a little at a time though because it dries VERY quickly! I unfortunately had to learn that the hard way. There's a couple spots that look a little rough haha, but overall they turned out amazing!!

After I did the baby Nikes for Kiarah, I had to have some for myself! I found some Nike Frees on sale at Scheels and used the same glue and rhinestones to do mine. I absolutely LOVE them both!!

Biotin

There's something I've wanted to talk about for a while now, and that is biotin! Biotin is a vitamin that helps your hair, skin, and nails. After taking this vitamin for about six months, I definitely notice a difference. My nails are always very strong and healthy. I don't have as many breakouts on my face as usual. But most of all my hair has grown  longer and I love it! My hair has always taken forever to get long so I was super surprised when it started growing faster after I started taking Biotin.  You can buy wherever vitamins are sold. I bought mine at Walmart and I absolutely love it!

One of my favorite cereals is Reese's Puffs, so I decided to make an Herbalife shake recipe that tastes like it. It's a really easy shake to make, you just need to find the PB2 somewhere. Which I get either from my local grocery store, or when they're out I get it from Amazon. So, I have a link to buy it from Amazon if you want to!

Peanut Butter and Banana Herbalife Shake Recipe

One of my absolute favorite Herbalife shakes to make is peanut butter and banana or the Elvis as some people call it. It is super easy to make and the ingredients shouldn't be too hard to find. It has PB2 in at as the peanut butter. Which you can either buy online for around $4 on Amazon. Or you might be able to find at one of your local grocery stores. I wasn't able to find it Walmart or Kmart in my town, but I was able to find it at a small grocery store we have.

Nails

One of my favorites things ever is having my nails done. I have fake nails, but I love making them different and unique. So,  this time I got my nails filled and then I had them painted bright neon pink. When I went home they looked kind of plain so I decided to add some designs to a couple nails.

It was pretty easy to do. I just used a small nail polish brush and just freehanded the zebra print and the heart. I have gotten so many compliments on them and I absolutely love them! :)

If you want to buy the pink nail polish, it actually looks a lot better in person and is bright neon pink. I got in Amazon for about $5! You can buy it HERE!

Quotes About Life

I just have a quote I love today! I've just been thinking about how far I've come in life and how much farther I want to be. I am super excited for what is to come in life, but also nervous about making mistakes. But I'm just going to be confident in the fact that one day I will get to where I want to be :)

P.S. I got this from a new website I recently found called We Heart It. It's kind of like Pinterest but it has some different things you can do. Like I downloaded a little heart for my toolbar on my computer, so whenever I'm on a website I can add any image to my We Heart It page. I like the website a lot so far, and I would definitely recommend checking it out!

Sewing Diamonds

I am super pumped! I just bought some acrylic sewing diamonds online for a really good deal. I want to add them to a shirt of mine for some sparkle. I have just a regular baseball tee and I want to add them on to the front pocket. Like some of the ones I've seen on Wanelo for ridiculous prices. So I decided to try and do it myself.

I got all of these at this website http://www.suntekstore.com. I got 100 for not even $3!

I'll upload a picture of the t-shirt as soon as I finish it :)
